Construction / Project Update

Exceptional Green Living on Rosa Parks has been invited to participate in the next application process after being approved through Part I of the Brownsfield Tax Credit. This development will increase the value of the neighborhood’s real estate and remove the abandoned & blighted houses the community sees (a new Boys Scouts Of America facility is directly across the street). This “prototype” will the first (of many) of its kind in the City of Detroit bringing a new technology and awareness to Detroit and providing an "Eco-Friendly" education to the community and City on how to "live green". Located in a high density, urban community.

Exceptional Green Living on Rosa Parks will increase the density of the area by providing and promoting multistory development, mixed-use developments and walkable communities. We will address areawide redevelopment and include 6 parcels of property of which 3 are owned by our company and 3 by the city (reclaimed) and all this within walking distance to Wayne State University. As a Detroit based company, our focus and mission is to become the leader of affordable green and sustainable housing and reduce energy costs by 60% to each consumer.
